Responsibilities What You’ll Do Lead the development and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Oversee and optimize enterprise data applications, ensuring seamless integrations, data pipelines, and analytics solutions. Architect, develop, and manage SQL Server Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and Azure Data Services. Ensure compliance with data governance, security protocols, and IT best practices. Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, queries, and reports to enhance performance. Provide technical leadership in a matrixed environment, guiding teams and ensuring successful project execution. What You’ll Bring 8 years of experience in enterprise data engineering, Power Platform development, and application integration. Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure Data Services. Strong understanding of ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and automation using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, OneLake, and Data Purview. Proven leadership and hands-on deliverable experience in a small work group, matrixed or consulting environment, driving enterprise data initiatives. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
