An overview of this position entails…This position is responsible for coordinating the Collaborative Management Program (CMP) and Communities That Care (CTC) Program, for Montrose County. This includes hiring and supervising staff, training, program development, budgeting, quality and development, grant objectives and progress monitoring and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Advocates for collaboration of systems and addresses system barriers to collaboration. Meets with partner agencies to ensure communication and integration are occurring.
2. Build and maintain community relationships by attending appropriate meetings within the community, and representing CMP and CTC in multiple settings as directed by the Interagency Oversight Group (IOG), and or Key Leaders.
3. Hire, onboard, train and supervise CMP and CTC staff members.
4. Act as liaison between the State contacts, boards (such as the IOG) Key Leaders, Coalitions, and the community.
5. Exemplify professional leadership by working with leadership from mandatory CMP partners and other Key Leaders in the Community. Comfortable meeting with the IOG Executive Committee, carries out assigned duties related to sub-committees and projects.
6. Facilitation of coalition meetings or other collaborative meetings as necessary.
7. Monitor program goals and outcomes and adjust as needed to maximize effectiveness, quality and fidelity.
8. Be familiar with all applicable rules, laws, and regulations and funding requirements for all designated programs and ensure program compliance.
9. Prepares and tracks budget and ensure budgeted funds are appropriately dispersed.
10. Track and enter data when appropriate. Oversee data collection systems and outcomes including verifying data, interfacing with contracted statisticians, disseminating results, and addressing concerns that arise from the data. Submit reports to CTC and CMP funders as directed by the grant contract.
11. Market and champion programs associated with CMP and CTC. Provides knowledge regarding all programs included on the Montrose CMP MOU.
12. Attend all program required trainings and conferences.
13. Participate in Hilltop trainings, attend regional meetings, carries out duties associated with the Montrose Family Resource Center.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Human Services, Public Health or related field and two years of related work experience, two years of supervisory experience required, or eight years of related experience with two years of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
