An overview of this position entails…This position is responsible for cleaning resident apartments, cottages, restrooms, and common areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Cleaning apartments, cottages, restrooms, common areas, etc.
2. Stocking supplies in the restrooms and laundry rooms.
3. Washing, drying, and folding laundry.
4. Cleaning rugs and carpets.
5. Emptying trash receptacles.
6. Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping cart and assigned equipment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE One year of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
- CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Training (preferred)
- OSHA Hazard Communication Training (preferred)
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
- Proof of current automobile insurance
