An overview of this position entails…This position is responsible for providing administrative support and general assistance to the residents, staff, and visitors of The Commons or The Fountains. Duties include a broad array of general clerical and technical tasks with data entry, letter writing, photocopying and filing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Act as the first point of contact with all phone and walk-in traffic.
2. Answering and transferring phone calls using multi-line phone system.
3. Generate purchasing documents for program purchasing weekly and as needed.
4. Order office and program supplies to adequately maintain inventory.
5. Conduct program shopping either in person or on-line.
6. Responsible for daily entry of Work Orders into maintenance system and clarify requests as needed.
7. Provide administrative support to Commons Leadership, Fountains Leadership, and staff for copy projects, maintenance work orders, mail, paychecks, etc.
8. Handle all inquiries. 9. Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 1 year of related experience or 2 years of employment experience is required.
