- Be the Go-To Fixer: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, and more.
- Keep Everything Running Smoothly: Perform preventive maintenance, clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and mechanical systems.
- Improve & Innovate: Evaluate current maintenance operations and suggest upgrades or cost-saving solutions.
- Hands-On Work: Install, replace, and repair building components like ceiling tiles, floors, doors, and piping.
- Stay Ready for Action: Respond promptly to emergency calls and customer service requests.
- Safety First: Maintain fire and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Tech-Savvy Maintenance: Use smart devices and building automation systems to streamline operations.
