The General Manager (GM) of a White Management affiliated restaurant is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the restaurant to: ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and employee retention, maximize sales and sales growth; minimize costs, maximize profitability; and maintain the grounds, personnel, building and equipment.
