We are a private Cardiology practice seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Assistant. Position is full-time. Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Job Duties:
- Perform EKGs
- Perform manual blood pressures
- Enter patient medications and updates in the EMR system
- Prepare patients for examinations, including taking weights and reviewing medical history
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- BLS certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
