Job Title: Server (Full-time/Part-time)

Compensation:
Hourly rates are competitive, based on 2022 data. On average, servers at Ledges earn between $20-30 per hour, with top performers earning over $40 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests, present menus, and guide them through their dining options.
- Take and execute orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Make personalized suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Proactively anticipate and address guests' needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Process payments accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, set and clear tables promptly.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in serving is preferred, showcasing a knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and composure.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
