We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our outside sales team by nurturing existing client relationships, proactively identifying and addressing their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing and converting leads into qualified opportunities, ultimately driving new business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, project management, design, and production) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Nurture and qualify leads through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct effective outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads.
  • Generate accurate and compelling proposals and quotes.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist outside sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking sales activities.
  • Provide product and service information to clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings and team huddles.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in inside sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Skilled participant in B2B social / digital media (LinkedIn)
  • A passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft software suite, and related softwares
