Responsibilities
- Serve a selection of beverages and snacks to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the beverage cart/snack shack, ensuring all items are presented attractively.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Engage with guests to provide information about menu items, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing retail math skills for handling cash and credit sales.
- Monitor inventory levels restocking as necessary to ensure availability of popular items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the preparation of items as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste.
