- Contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and observe patients to prevent adverse reactions.
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services to promote resident well-being.
- Educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge and holistic health needs.
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to maintain a safe environment for residents.
Becoming Part of Our Team

- BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
