Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at White Oak Health Campus, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include contributing to patient assessments in collaboration with Registered Nurses, administering medications, performing routine lab tests, and educating patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans. You'll also identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid LPN license. You should also have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within one month of hire date. We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
