Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at White Oak Health Campus, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans with Registered Nurses
- Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
- Performing routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educating patients and families on disease treatment plans and self-care
- IDentifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current BLS Provider certification
- A valid LPN license
- A high school diploma or equivalent
