Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented QMA to join our team. As a QMA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, administer, and document all medications used across the health campus.
- Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Examine and identify medications brought into the health campus by new residents with the attending physician, facility pharmacy, or pharmacist.
- Create a caring, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and safe.
- FOLLOWING HEALTH CAMPUS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING THE DISPOSAL OF MEDICATIONS
Requirements:
- Experienced QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is a plus.
