Come join our team! White Oak Manor Lancaster is offering a CNA Certification Program for qualified candidates!! White Oak waves the cost of the program, pays for your Certification AND you will earn a position with White Oak Lancaster.
You will be PAID to earn a Certification as a Nursing Assistant and a full-time position with White Oak Manor Lancaster will be waiting for you upon finishing your class. The purpose of this class is to hire qualified individuals who will join our Lancaster Team of care providers.
We are now accepting applications for our Certification Class for those interested in working a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift along with every other weekend. Don't wait, complete the application classes fill up quickly!!!
Our dedicated RN Instructor leads a State-Approved course that delivers an excellent combination of classroom, labs and clinical sessions so you have everything you need for a successful and rewarding career in Long Term Care. Once your training is completed your pay will increase while waiting to take the state on-line evaluation and the in-person skills evaluation both of which White Oak Manor pays for in your education package. Once certified, you will earn an increase in your payrate.
Each student is well prepared to successfully complete the CNA certification course and pass the State Exam, so you will begin your new career path in our amazing facility. We ask for a minimum 1-year commitment working at our facility in Lancaster, SC.

Essential Job Functions of a Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Provides basic patient care to include, but not limited to, care and comfort, record vital signs, personal care and hygiene, and mobility, including unit-based specialty duties.
- Acts as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes or concerns to nurse.
- Provides high level customer service to all patients, patient's family, visitors and all employees.
- Provides accurate, precise, timely documentation when applicable for patient care.
- Uses professional, verbal and written communication skills at all times.
Education
High School/GED (required)
