What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreation Aide position at White Oaks Nursing and Rehab?
Experience with residents with dementia in a recreational capacity a PLUS. Must be able to work on all units and with residents with a variety of diagnosis. Music background a plus. Candidate must be comfortable leading and engaging residents in a variety of social and cognitive programs, as well as the ability to work cohesively with entire team in providing meaningful engagement to our residents. MDS, Care Planning and assessments a PLUS. Documentation of attendance, progress notes required.
Hours 9-5pm
