- Knowledge of chemical application and the ability to train team
- Currently holding necessary certifications and licenses to operate DC, VV, and MD.
- Oversee day-to-day tasks for the care of turf and ornamental landscapes.
- Manage the turfcare program to ensure lawns are weed-free, green, and healthy.
- Implement and manage the plant health care program to keep plants pest and disease-free.
- Supervise the use and management of chemicals for the team.
- Set up and manage application vehicles and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.
- Perform applications and develop scalable processes and procedures for future growth.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of agronomics or landscape management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Proficiency in managing chemical applications and equipment.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Leesburg, VA.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
