White Pearl Management is seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Professional & Driver to join our team. This role is vital to the daily operations and ensures the efficient execution of our weekly Landscape Management Services. The ideal candidate will supervise crew members, communicate effectively with supervisors, and uphold high-quality standards. - Team Leadership: Supervise and lead assigned teams, providing guidance and support. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork.
- Task Coordination: Complete daily routes, assigning responsibilities to team members. Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce and uphold quality standards in all aspects of the service being provided. Conduct regular inspections to verify work meets specifications and company standards. Report all issues to the Supervisor so clients can be notified and corrective action taken.
- Resource Management: Oversee the efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials. Communicate resource needs and collaborate with the Supervisor for procurement. Perform tool inventory monthly to catalog equipment and manage tools.
- Health and Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites, while driving, and in the yard. Wear all safety gear and hold crew members accountable for wearing gear.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with your teams, addressing concerns and providing feedback. Communicate service completion and routes to the Client Representative daily. Share enhancement opportunities with the Supervisor.
- Experience in landscape management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
