Responsibilities
1. Shift Management on GM's days off (Sunday/Monday):
- Lead and inspire our team, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Cultivate a positive and energetic work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and high standards of service.
2. Serving:
- Three tipped closing shifts per week
- Our servers make their guests' drinks, so bar experience is preferred
3. Staff Training and Beverage Education:
- Assist General Manager with implementing training programs that enhance staff knowledge of beverages, responsible alcohol service, and effective sales techniques.
- Assist General Manager with creation of monthly bar specials
4. Inventory Management:
- Assist General Manager with maintaining inventory levels for liquor, beer, and wine, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing waste.
- Assist General Manager with regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accountability and optimize costs.
5. Organization:
- Assist General Manager with maintaining organized storage
- Be a role model of organization and cleanliness for the FOH team

- Previous experience in restaurant or bar management is preferred.
