Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with customers to provide an outstanding experience, and expanding your knowledge of specialty coffee. Staff is respoWhile prior coffee experience is preferred, it is not required; we value a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence. Please note this is a tipped position that will range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, adhering to our quality standards and recipes.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide personalized recommendations based on individual preferences.
• Coffee Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our coffee offerings, including origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods, to educate and inform customers.
• Operational Support/Cleaning: Assist with daily operations, including maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is in excellent working condition. Regular cleaning of the bar area, café seating, and restrooms, including mopping floors and sanitizing surfaces, ensures a hygienic environment for customers and staff.
• Team Collaboration: Work with fellow team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Coffee: A genuine interest in specialty coffee and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic with punctuality and dependability.
• Experience: Previous experience in a coffee or hospitality setting is a plus but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
