Community Support Manager-Full Time

Pay: $75,000

We are seeking a results-driven Community Support Manager to help lead our communities in alignment with company objectives. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who understands how to motivate teams, streamline operations, and ensure an exceptional resident experience – all while contributing to key performance outcomes.

Primary Duties:

• • Partner with the Assisted Living Director to execute strategies that support occupancy goals, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members to foster a collaborative and positive environment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Monitor community performance metrics, including resident satisfaction, staff retention and take proactive steps to improve outcomes.
  • Provide feedback and training to the Director's that help make the goals obtainable.
  • Growth: Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation to meet future goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance
• Excellent communicator
• Capable of traveling to different communities
• Solution-oriented
• Strong computer skills
