Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to assist with personal care and daily living activities. This includes assisting residents with showering/bathing, transferring assistance, and medication administration. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
- Document services performed.
- Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
- Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. No experience necessary, as paid training will be provided.
