Landscaping Crew Leader

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. This role is essential in completing landscape projects, ensuring high-quality maintenance and installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, good work ethic, and a sense of urgency. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team in delivering quality services while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team in various landscaping projects.
• Oversee the maintenance and installation of landscaped areas.
• Conduct activities including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Train new team members on landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
• Plan for daily tasks and assign responsibilities to crew members.
• Monitor project progress using company software and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of Landscape maintenance and Installation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license is required for transporting crew and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
