We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources (HR) / Accounting Assistant to join our finance team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role will primarily focus on supporting HR-related duties, while also providing assistance with routine accounting functions to help support the finance team.

We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources (HR) / Accounting Assistant to join our finance team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role will primarily focus on supporting HR-related duties, while also providing assistance with routine accounting functions to help support the finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining electronic records and employee files
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Assisting and supporting the HR Manager with daily HR functions as called upon
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Accounting administrative tasks assigned
- Perform accounts payable functions as needed
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Ability to prioritize, accurately follow instructions, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Must be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- At least two years of experience in accounting and HR functions
- Preferred: degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
