Fulltime Budtender at Medically Endorsed Cannabis Store

Retail work at a cannabis store is different. Customers arrive happy! And we help them leave happy.

Do you work well with people? Are you a listener and observer? Do you have some cannabis experience?

We have a diverse staff of men and women ranging in age from their 20s to mid-60s. The store has a great vibe (not a sterile corporate environment) and regularly gets 5 star reviews from customers for our product knowledge and friendly service.

We are open every day and are looking for day, night, and weekend help. At least one day a weekend is especially important. If looking for a second job, know that if you work a 9-5 now, trying to fit you into our schedule may not be possible. Our mid-shifts typically start at 11:30 or 3. Night shifts start at 3:30 or 4. So if you have another job, it's best if it's a job that you have some control of the work hours. Retired people are also encouraged to consider applying.

Tips are shared and you receive product samples that we ask you to review.

We take the health and safety of our employees seriously with security and COVID/flu precautions in place. Our staff is vaccinated and wears masks in some areas of the facility.

• You must be over 21 and have a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to work various shifts and anywhere from 22 to 30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for hours and lift and retrieve products from storage.
• Willing to stay busy with cleaning and stocking and not just stand around waiting for customers to walk through the door.
• Reliable transportation and mindful about showing up for work on time.
• Familiar with point of sale cash registers and cash handling.
• Enthusiastic about the positive aspects of cannabis.
• Bilingual is a big plus for this position. Computer skills are also a plus.
