White Rabbit is a dessert restaurant with amazing freshly made desserts. Our menu consists of Homemade Ice Cream, freshly made warm Crepes, Waffles topped off with homemade Belgian Chocolate sauces just to name a few of the decadent desserts we offer on our menu!
We're a WNY based restaurant group.
In the Cafe Manager position, you will be reporting directly to the District Manager. You must be able to lead a team of 15 employees and provide the ultimate Dessert Experience to our guests!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all operations of the Cafe Style Restaurant
- Ensures the restaurant is optimally staffed with individuals by continuously building a pipeline through internal growth and new hires
- Managing food, labor and controllable costs as per company guidelines
- Motivating, coaching and developing a team to create future leaders
- Managing inventory and ordering processes to ensure an adequate level of product and supplies
- Building a Positive and Team Oriented work culture
- Serve as an ambassador and face of White Rabbit Dessert Experience
- Responsible for performance managing and handling HR related issues with employees
- Ultimate ownership of all restaurant operations

Specific qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of food service/restaurant management experience
- Open availability
- Must have strong Leadership and Problem Solving skills
- Must have a positive Attitude and a fun Personality
- Passionate about providing top-notch Customer Service
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
