As Shift Lead/KeyHolder you would be responsible for:
- Managing, coaching, and developing new and existing staff
- Building a positive and inclusive work culture
- Maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Managing day to day operations including opening and closing shifts, ensuring staff complete assigned tasks, cash handling, etc.
- Prep work; making ice cream, batters, sauces, etc.
- Assisting the General Manager with admin work as needed; scheduling, inventory, ordering, etc.
- Assisting with hiring and training new employees
