Founding Engineer (Full Stack Engineer)
WhiteRabbit is looking for a founding engineer to help us build this from the ground up. This is a 0 to 1 role where you'll be architecting and building our core platform that uses AI to transform how enterprises handle their detection capabilities.
What we need :
Someone who can build production systems from scratch and isn't afraid to make big technical decisions
Full stack chops - React / TypeScript on the frontend, solid backend skills (Python / Go)
Experience with security engineering, detection engineering, or SIEM systems is huge
Cloud platform expertise (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Startup experience, especially early-stage, is a major plus

Experience making technical decisions with limited information
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical direction
Passion for security and making detection systems more effective
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities

Desire to shape company culture and build diverse, high-performing teams
Preferred Experience
Security engineering or detection engineering background
Experience with SIEM systems, log analysis, or security tools
Knowledge of AI / ML, particularly in production environments
Understanding of modern security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
Experience with real-time data processing and streaming
Prior experience as a technical founder or early employee
