Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The front desk agent is also required to wash, dry and fold laundry (4 doors down from the lobby).
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Update reservations from online bookings (Booking.com, etc.) in reservation system.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to guests about restaurants, activities, and events in Meeker and the surrounding areas.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Wash, dry and fold laundry in the laundry room
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, honest, and hardworking
- Attention to detail with strong clerical skills for accurate entry and record keeping.
