ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Reviews completed loads.
- Reviews checks of available loads to ship and dispatch to carriers.
- Communicates clearly and effectively using telephone and written instructions.
- Creates move requests for items to be transported.
- Performs, creates, and develops accurate data collection.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience worked in boat industry
- Knowledge of products being shipped (boats, motors, trailers, parts, etc.)
- Strong PC literacy (Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, answer emails and phone calls in timely manner.
- Knowledge of AS400, willingness to learn new systems for order entry & load building
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned
