ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Trains and leads general maintenance staff to ensure job duties are accomplished accurately in a safe manner within appropriate takt time.
- Assists Supervisor with managing, guiding, coaching, and adjusting as needed to accomplish goal.
- Orders and maintains supplies for department.
- Maintains safety equipment and oversees material and maintenance projects.
- Identifies, improves, and tracks safety, quality, and delivery opportunities.
- Articulates problems, temporary containments, gap analysis, actions, and sustainment through an A3 process.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certificate(s) or License(s): Forklift/Truck certified
- Years of experience: 5 years preferred
- Electrical skills
- Able to read and understand schematics
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Understand SQDC metrics.
