ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensures all safety procedures are adhered to and all required personal protective equipment is worn by all subordinates.
- Ensures quality standards are met on each boat entering the final finish process with no imperfections left uncorrected on any boat.
- Ensures all required paperwork is correct and timely completed.
- Monitors associates’ hours and eliminate all excess or needless overtime.
- Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping requirement in all areas.
- Oversees the use, upkeep, return, and placement of all tools provided.
- Oversees training of all new associates using the “Buddy system” and other training tool as necessary.
- Manages all materials and supplies to maximize use and reduce or eliminate waste of material and supplies in all areas.

- Minimum Degree Required: High School diploma or equivalent
