White River Toyota (WRT) is seeking a full-time Lot Coordinator / Imager to join our dynamic Sales Department! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and capturing inventory photos of our vehicles while ensuring smooth vehicle movement across the lot. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, primarily from 8am to 5pm, with the possibility of part-time hours if needed. Primary Responsibilities :
Drive, park and maneuver all types of vehicles, in a careful and prudent manner.
Shuttle cars for sales and service staff as needed.
Monitor and organize the general lot; including wholesale, new and used vehicles.
Maintain the appearance of lots, and snow removal in winter months.
Communicate and problem-solve a range of issues across sales and service departments as they relate to vehicle movement.
Light cleaning of vehicles may be required : removal of protective shipping plastic, power washing vehicle and removal of trash from vehicle interior.
Operate Impel software, to photograph all vehicles ready for sale and upload to company website.
Work independently and systematically from a list.
Check-in new vehicle deliveries and inspect for shipping damage.
Apply stock tags to vehicles after check-in.
The Ideal Lot Coordinator & Imager Candidate :
Must be 18 with a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience driving standard transmission preferred.
Ability to deal courteously and efficiently with customers and employees.
Knowledge of iPhone products and digital cameras is helpful.
Strong judgment, positive attitude, and ability to work well with others.
An ability to work on your own and motivate yourself to excel is required.
Must have strong communication skills and act as a team player.
Problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and organizational skills.
Maintains a friendly demeanor and healthy sense of humor.
