What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Attendant position at White River Toyota?
White River Toyota is looking to expand its service team. The purpose of the Service Attendant is to maximize customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient traffic flow through the Toyota Service Lane while maintaining the cleanliness of the lane. This is a support position and often requires assisting with projects or miscellaneous tasks as determined by current department needs.
\n- Meeting and greeting customers upon arrival to the service department.
- Moving vehicles in and out of the service lane.
- Preparing cars for service with protective materials.
- Maintaining the entrance and exit to the service drive lanes.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- The ability to drive a manual vehicle is a plus.
- Capable of providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to maintain a friendly demeanor and a healthy sense of humor.
- Does not mind being on your feet all day while getting plenty of exercise.
