As a Product Specialist, you will serve as a vital resource for our customers, guiding them through the process of selecting the best vehicle for their needs. Your enthusiasm for vehicles and dedication to providing excellent customer service will play a crucial role in fostering long-lasting relationships with our clientele.
Key responsibilities: Greet customers enthusiastically and assess their needs to provide tailored vehicle recommendations. Share in-depth knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products, features, and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations, including walkarounds and test drives, showcasing the unique aspects of our vehicles. Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey by answering questions and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Assist with inventory management, including vehicle displays and maintaining a clean and organized showroom. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
