Lead the Night Crew to Success!

In this crucial role, you'll be the captain of our ship during the night hours. You'll oversee all aspects of our store operations up to closing, ensuring a smooth and productive night for our crew. You'll play a vital role in stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing the store for a successful opening the next day.

Responsibilities:

• Master of the Night: Oversee all store operations during the night shift, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Stocking Strategist: Lead and supervise a team of night stockers, ensuring efficient and accurate stocking of shelves.
• Cleanliness Champion: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store.
• Inventory Ace: Monitor inventory levels, prepare orders for next-day deliveries, and ensure stock rotation to minimize spoilage.
• Team Leader: Motivate, coach, and develop your night crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Problem-Solver: Address any issues that arise during the night shift and make informed decisions to ensure smooth operations.
• Communication Bridge: Communicate effectively with the day management team, reporting on nightly activities and any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
