Responsibilities

Operates multi line telephone system, screens and directs incoming calls and messages to the appropriate party

Secretarial duties and data entry.

Greets incoming visitors in a prompt and pleasant manner, determines their needs and responds accordingly.

Acts as customer relations representative by answering customer inquiries within the limits of his / her knowledge and organization's policies and procedures.

Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.

Performs other tasks as deemed reasonable by the Office Manager.

ALL CANDIDATES ARE SUBJECT TO PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING. YOU MUST PASS DRUG SCREENING.

Part time position only. 16-24 hours a week. Some Saturdays.
