What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at White's Plumbing Inc?
Looking for a dispatcher to join our work team. Must be able to multi-task and plumbing or new construction experience is preferred.
This job will entail overviewing all work orders inputted in the system, assigning them to the technicians, following up if return visits required, making sure the techs have the needed parts for the scheduled jobs, dispatching each tech to the assigned calls, and contacting customers for each call.
Positive attitude, dependability, and being a team player is a must.
