Showroom Sales Manager
As a Showroom Sales Manager at White’s Plumbing Supplies, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, increasing market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will lead showroom operations, working closely with architects, builders, designers, homeowners, and plumbers to provide expert guidance on high-end kitchen and bath fixtures. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing showroom activities and driving business growth.

This position is 100% on-site (M-F 8:30am-4:30pm & Sat. 9am-2pm with one day off during the week)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee showroom operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team through training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Work directly with architects, builders, designers, homeowners, and plumbers to provide design assistance, product selection, and purchasing support.
- Oversee all phases of customer projects, including initial consultations, product specifications, pricing, closing sales, and post-sale support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term loyalty and increased market share.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and market developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom and work area.
- Adapt to responsibilities as needed to meet the evolving demands of the role.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in luxury sales, showroom management, plumbing, or home furnishings is a must.
- Strong leadership, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for interior design and knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; higher education in a related field is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
