- Engaging residents in participation in daily activities and encouraging autonomy;
- Working collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure each resident receives personalized care and attention;
- Accurately reporting unusual symptoms and problems to your supervisor.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid CNA certification;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
