This NOC CNA position is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Care Partner, you will provide personalized care and support to help our residents maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
- Preparing meals and snacks, and serving beverages;
- Engaging residents in activities and events, and encouraging social interaction;
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment;
- Reporting any changes or concerns to your supervisor.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid CNA certification;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Physical stamina to perform job requirements.
