What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Case Manager position at White Sands Treatment Center?
The Administrative Case Manager is responsible to affect a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patients participating in the program. The primary purpose of the ACM is to facilitate seamless movement while receiving treatment in an IOP/OP setting. The ACM supports patients during transition and oversees continuity of care during the patient’s treatment experience. The ACM manages phone systems, retrieving messages from voice-mail, taking messages, scheduling, and any other task which is assigned.

Responsibilities:
1. Greets clients in a professional manner. Meets with residential level of care clients prior to step down.
2. Coordinates transition between levels of care.
3. Facilitates recurring team meetings.
4. Monitors each patients daily schedule. Provides support to clients working to maintain White Sands daily living philosophy of Recovery and Wellness.
5. Enforces program rules and expectations and reports infractions to the Program Director. (Supervisor)
6. Monitors patient conformance with program schedule, reports problems and informs Director.
7. Makes daily assignment checks and discusses results with each patient.
8. Monitors patient participation and reports problems to supervisor.
9. Resolves conflicts through general and supportive advice.
10. Shares pertinent information with team as obtained from clients and families.
11. Provides case management services.
12. Reports any vehicle problems to Director.
13. Prepares educational and motivational lectures and groups.
14. Monitors AA/NA meetings on premises including recruitment of speakers.
15. Maintains the confidentiality of all patient, family and facility activities.
16. Complies with WHITE SANDS TREATMENT CENTER’S Policies and Procedures.
17. Accepts and utilizes supervision
18. Addresses problems noted by Director. .(Supervisor)
19. Performs other assignments as requested by Director. .(Supervisor)
20. Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility
21. Completes all tasks with concern for work quality
22. Attends in-service training, when necessary
23. Maintains a filing system for various company functions, including, but not limited to, copying and set-up.
24. Performs data entry.
Experience:
At least six (6) months experience working in the Human Services field.
Education:
High School Diploma. Bachelor's preferred.
Must hold a valid State of Florida Drivers License
