Rental Coordinator

White Star Machinery is a full service Bobcat equipment dealer including new and used sales, service, parts and rentals. We offer skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, excavators and more.

We are seeking a Rental Coordinator. If you are detail oriented, enjoy the challenge of a busy dealership and have familiarity with compact construction or agricultural equipment, we'd like to get to know you!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the determination of rental requirements for customers, selling rentals and providing order processing services.
• Maintain displays on the sales floor.
• Operate within all rental policies and procedures of the company.
• Maintain high personal morale & professional customer relations.
• Attain short and long term objectives.
• Operates safely and follows all safety guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excel in a high volume fast paced environment.
• Creative problem solver.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Good computer and systems knowledge.
• Working knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
• Shown equipment knowledge.
• Product knowledge including features and benefits knowledge of all equipment sold.
