What you will be Doing:
- Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
- Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting procedures.
- Creating and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data.
- Tracking and replacing office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
- Collaborating with administration from other business units to improve efficiency.
- Coordinating assets, including the distribution of computers and equipment to new employes, ensuring all assets are tagged, tracked, and calibrated according to company policy.
- Occasionally delivering supplies to corporate housing and ensuring it is adequately maintained.
- Supporting field staff and managerial personnel.
- Coordinating and organizing charitable events through our charity, RedTail Community Foundation.
- Assisting in other tasks assigned by management.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Proven excellence as a coordinator or administrator in a similar relevant position.
- A friendly, welcoming demeanor and a willingness to help where needed.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.
- Familiarity with common procedures and basic accounting principles used in the office.
- Strong knowledge and extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications.
Working Conditions:
- This is a part-time, Monday–Friday position based in our Longmont office.
- The hours of work are 8am – 2pm with some flexibility.
Salary : $20 - $23
