Their highly skilled team utilizes the latest technology to oversee projects from design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, validation, and installation- for any automation process.
About the Role - Responsible for designing, developing, installing, and managing and maintaining control software for automated machines and processes.
Responsibilities -
- Design control systems for automated and semi-automated machinery, including control panels and component selection.
- Develop, test, and maintain PLC programs (primarily Rockwell) and HMI applications.
- Conduct on-site commissioning, system testing, and client support.
- Define integration solutions per project requirements, budget, and customer specifications.
- Create operation and maintenance manuals; provide project support and finalize as-built documentation.
- Apply engineering solutions with attention to budget, schedule, and performance.
- Interpret diagrams, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
- BA in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 5 years of related experience.
- Computer proficient with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications -
Required Skills - PLC, SCADA, HMI, AUTOCAD, Understanding of National Electric Code and UL 508A
Pay range and compensation package -$75,000-$115,000
Direct hire, full-time role with a full benefit package and paid time off.
Location- Beloit, WI.
