We are seeking a Full-time Reservationist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Whitebirch Inc.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Timeshare/Real estate office, interacting with people and handling phone calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills in Excel and Word, as well as previous experience in hotel reservations or administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office duties, including filing systems and requisition of supplies.
- Communicate effectively with various departments, such as front desk and concierge.
- Handle incoming calls from guests and input reservations requests.
- Assist timeshare guests with questions and resolve conflicts.
Requirements
- Full-time commitment required.
- Must be willing to undergo a background screening for this position.
