Insurance Benefits Producer

We are seeking an Insurance Benefits Producer to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and deliver customized benefits solutions that empower their employees and enhance their workplace.

$150,000 first year, with expected commissions. No cap on commission.

• Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance benefits needs.
• Consult with businesses to develop tailored insurance benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a seamless enrollment process and ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance and/or benefits consulting.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products clearly and effectively.
• CA State Health & Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with group benefits or employee benefit plans.
• Existing relationships with business decision-makers or HR professionals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools.
