Our client, a global alternative asset manager, is looking to fill an Associate or Analyst level position within its fast-growing Investment Operations team, in Short Hills, NJ. This is a hybrid position opportunity!

- Perform reconciliations of cash and positions for debt and equity investments across all the firm's BDC and Private Funds, including respective asset based SPVs, CLOs, corporate revolvers
- Process any required loan and non-loan activities in WSO.
- Prepare time sensitive funding memos related to direct fundings and borrowings
- Coordinate all assignments, participations, and transfers related to private debt and broadly syndicated investments among the BDCs, Private Funds, CLOs and SPVs
- Review and close settlements.
- Ensure quality control in the trade workflow from the internal OMS to WSO and other downstream vendors
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- BS degree in Finance or related degree with an accredited university.
- Must have Public and/or Private Bank Loan operations experience.
- Experience w/ WSO or ClearPar highly desired.
- Professional background in loan operations.
