About Our Collaborative Practice
We are a dynamic primary care and specialty medical group with 9 locations across Westchester and the Bronx, serving patients in various areas such as gynecology, behavioral health, gastroenterology, and cardiology. Our team consists of 30 dedicated providers, including 5 skilled cardiologists who work closely together to provide high-quality patient care.
Partnership with a Hospital Institution
Our practice has a strong partnership with a hospital institution, which enables us to provide consultations to our covering ED and ICU teams for patients who require their expertise.
Telephonic Support System
To ensure seamless patient care, we have implemented a telephonic support system that is shared among our team members on a rotating basis. This allows us to provide timely support to our patients and colleagues alike, backed up by family medicine residency support when needed.
Clinical Affiliations and Training Opportunities
Many complex cases are transferred to our clinical affiliation with a large local institution, allowing us to tap into their resources and expertise. We regularly perform ECHOs and stress tests, and while nuclear training is strongly preferred, it is not a requirement for joining our team.
