What You’ll Do
Job Posting & Talent Attraction:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings for visibility and attract top candidates for new job orders.
- Manage resume submissions, schedule interviews, and maintain direct communication with client accounts to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Oversee client feedback, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through successful placements.
- Recruit for assigned accounts while supporting your team’s recruitment efforts across their client portfolios.
- Partner with the Credentialing team to ensure temporary hires meet compliance standards and oversee onboarding processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and quality checks with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Support sales team initiatives, prioritize job orders, and foster relationships with hiring managers to expand business within existing accounts.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in agency recruitment or account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM/ATS systems for managing workflows and client pipelines.
- Relationship Focus: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage clients, candidates, and internal teams effectively.
- Location Flexibility: Must be based within commuting distance to our Long Island office for in-person collaboration.
